At the Stone House we are aware that the slightest variations in a fixture can make a difference when finding the perfect piece for a particular space.  Perhaps no characteristic makes as great a difference as size.  With this in mind we offer our Witches Hat Chandelier in two sizes.
This Witches Hat Chandelier features a larger diameter for rooms approximately 14 X 14 feet square or larger.  If your room is not of these dimensions but you have an exceptionally large table you may also wish to use the Large Witches Hat Chandelier.  While your personal taste is what should define your purchase, the traditional rule of thumb for the size of a chandelier is that it should only be as wide as the table, so as not to interfere with traffic.  If chairs are kept around the table the chandelier may be larger.

We'd like you to take notice of a few special features of the chandelier.  The cone is hand-pierced, hand-seamed, and the bottom edge is then "turned" up.  As shown in the detail photo on this page, a solid forming wire is inserted and then "set" into the bottom edge of the cone.  This makes the cone extremely sturdy.

We use no modern fasteners in the construction.  The finial and top loop are drawn together and soldered directly to the cone.  The candleholders are soldered directly to the drip pans; those are then soldered directly to the supporting arms.  The supporting arms also have a forming wire turned into the outer edges, and a decorative bead running through the center.
